Ms. Martone continues her participation in the annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference. The conference brings together leading US and European officials, judges, scholars and lawyers for an open debate about IP issues. The conference is held in New York, and every five years in Cambridge University in England.
Most recently she presented a paper on patent damages at the April 2015 conference and papers on the problems with IPR proceedings at the 2016 and 2018 conferences She also moderated a session on patentable subject matter at the 2017 conference.
Ms. Martone was one of fifty IP attorneys in the United States selected for IP Law360's Voices of the Bar series, and regularly commented on IP issues for that electronic publication.
